I love Dillard Training for so many reasons! I have been coming for almost two months and not only do I feel stronger and have more energy, I have lost so many inches! I love seeing my body transform–it’s so much more firm and I can actually see muscle! Everywhere!! Finally something that delivers results from all my hard work. This program has really helped me up my confidence. I didn’t realize just how strong and capable I was. I am indebted to DT for this. I enjoy the workouts so much (after the initial shock of soreness :D) because they are always changing things up; you will never get bored. DT also gives a great workout to all areas of the body, which is great! What I appreciate most about DT is the heavy focus on proper form. Proper form will deliver maximum results and prevent injury. They also always make sure we stretch before and after the workout, which also helps to prevent injury. I certainly do not want to sustain injury from working out, and I have confidence here that I won’t. Trainers Bill and Patti certainly know their stuff as reflected by my results! I highly recommend DT for those reasons and so many more!!!

This class was the best thing that I have done for myself in recent years, possibly ever! It had me motivated and looking forward to every single class… the dates that I had to miss out of the class I can honestly say I MISSED it very much! Missed the feeling that I had after every workout and for the following few days! My legs and arms are tighter than they have been in years, my waist is decreasing in size rapidly and I have lost an amazing (at least to me amazing) 18 lbs!! I altered my diet to go with the class.. changed to 6 small “mini meals” daily and amped up my water intake. The combination of this has given me such a head start to my weight loss goal! I appreciate every bit of the help and encouragement from Patti and Bill! They stay on you to meet your goals and it helps very much to have the encouragement!!

I really enjoyed this 6 week boot camp. I had been a jogger over the past few years, but didn’t feel it was giving me the best opportunity to get in shape. When this camp became available, I figured that I would give it a shot and was quickly seeing results with my flexibility and muscle gain. All of the different exercises and movements that we incorporated have allowed me to regain the flexibility and muscle mass I had when playing sports as a teenager. As I continue to participate in this boot camp, I intend to push myself towards the ultimate goals that I had when this began. Also, the exercises that I have learned in this camp will easily stay with me forever.

I took a 6 week boot camp challenge that met 3 days per week – Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. The class was organized and managed by Dillard Training. It focused on core strength training with emphasis on high intensity interval training (HIIT), and use of TRX Suspension System, Dynamax, and BOSU balls. The class was very exciting, challenging, and rewarding. The instructors, Patti and Bill, were both very encouraging and helpful with the training techniques. I gained flexibility and became much stronger in my core during the challenge. I look forward to continuing the class and improved physical fitness.

I am a firm believer in this program thru Dillard Training my goal was to tone up my body. I had already lost most of the weight that I wanted to lose. I could see definite changes in my body from doing this program. I felt great and my clothes fit better and I could see that I had toned up and gained some muscle. I would highly recommend this program to anyone it works!!

If I had to pick the top reasons I enjoy Bill Dillard’s boot camps: knowing a terrific work out is planned every day – I’m able to just “show up” and give it my best knowing it will be an effective use of my time. And Bill is constantly keeping the classes fresh with varied exercise and new equipment. I signed up for his first camp in the Fall of 2010, and I’m still challenged at each workout because you can exercise at your own fitness level. Bill has a unique talent of offering personal training in a group setting.

About 2 years ago, I was looking to get back in shape after having my 3rd child. I signed up for Bill Dillard’s boot camp, intending to just come for one month to kick start my fitness routine. At the time, I was very hesitant because I was dealing with shoulder pain that I just couldn’t shake. Bill was very knowledgeable and was able to help me heal and avoid any future pain. I did not even have to avoid any other the exercises in class. I loved that I could get an intense and effective workout that was not hard on my joints. I have been coming ever since! I was hooked! I have tried many different fitness classes over the years and I have been an avid runner off and on since I was 10 years old. I even ran cross country and track in college. I have found that Dillard Training offers me the best results for a minimal investment of my time. I don’t know of another fitness program that offers the overall fitness level improvement and results with only 3-4 hours/week of training. As a busy mom with three small children, I don’t usually have the time to get in my running or other workouts, but I have been able to maintain a high level of fitness through this program. After 2 years of training with Bill, I am amazed by how much he has been able to change up the workouts so that my mind doesn’t get bored and my fitness doesn’t just plateau!

Five months after giving birth to my second child, I found myself wanting to lose some weight! I had already lost the 20 lbs I gained during pregnancy plus ten, but desired to not just lose more weight, but to get in shape as well! After all, I now had two kiddos to keep up with and would need lots of energy! I began Boot Camp with Bill and Patti on January 7th and after the first class, I knew it was going to do the trick! The exercises were fun and not like anything I had experienced before. It wasn’t your run-of-the-mill class! Bill and Patti used techniques that were new to me and VERY effective. While it was fun, it was a lot of work and pushed me to the edge every time! I took measurements on February 1st and will again on March 1st. My story is to be continued as I am now in my seventh week of class and plan to keep going!

I have done many exercise programs through the years, and even though I did not feel like I was out of shape, I was very surprised to learn how difficult this program is. I worked new muscle groups not worked in other programs, and the core work is excellent. When I started I could not do the sit-ups, but I can now!

I have never been much of an exerciser. When I do exercise, I don’t enjoy it so I usually don’t stick with the program. When I started this boot camp, I actually REALLY like the class. I wasn’t looking at the clock the whole time hoping the class would hurry and end. I didn’t try to make excuses on why I couldn’t go. The class was over before I knew it. I actually feel when I take the class that I have gotten my butt kicked, which makes me feel good about myself for sticking with the program. Out of the 6 week class, I missed 2 classes because of work commitments. I find myself looking forward to going to the class. The trainers and the atmosphere of the class are incredible. I am excited about continuing the camp for another 6 weeks and am even considering expanding my workouts to the FitOne campus on Tuesday and Thursday.
