    DT is a 5 point fitness design that requires a commitment of three training sessions per week. Results are obtained using the most advanced workouts available in the industry today. The Fit Camps are available to adults of all ages and include education, fitness testing and baseline measurements.

      In June 2010 Patti found herself overweight and in need of a serious lifestyle change. Her career as a Realtor was going well but she knew it was time to start taking charge of her health.

      She joined a boot camp and changed her lifestyle. The result was a loss of four dress sizes and 50 pounds over a course of two years! She was committed to her boot camp program which had helped her reach her goals.
      In Feb of 2012, she witnessed Bill’s training at Fit One. She began to notice how fast his clients were transforming and a style of training that was very new to her. Bill invited her to try the training and recognized her potential as an instructor. Patti was invited to perform duties as an apprentice in Bill’s camps and act as business coordinator.

      Bill Dillard

      From 1981 to 2001 Bill Dillard served in the U.S. Army. In the summer of 1990 he was given the honor of attending the prestigious Army Master Fitness (MF) Course. MF duties included writing the Commander’s fitness plans and administrating weight control programs.

      This is when Bill discovered a passion for working with his clients which he never lost. In 2001, he took his love of designing fitness plans with him into the civilian world of Fitness Management and began work as a certified personal trainer. In 2009 Bill launched Boot Camp Challenge Chattanooga and began training in Chattanooga’s East Brainerd area. In 2010 Boot Camp Challenge moved its home base to nearby Ooltewah, Tennessee on Fit One Gym’s excellent campus. In 2012 Bill changed the name of the company to Dillard Training to more accurately describe the different services and the unique style of training offered to our clients.
