Dillard Training’s Fit-4-Life Program

Mission Statement:

To improve the overall wellness posture of local communities. To deliver elite training to Fitness Centers, Corporations and homes. To make successful lifestyle changes likely through convenience and affordability.


Simply put, it is a movement based fitness program.

The Dillard Training (DT) Program Design uses:

  • Various tools of enhanced core stabilization
  • Bodyweight to increase overall strength
  • The 10 Skills of Physical Fitness with med balls for improving Efficiency of Movement and Range of Motion

DT Group Personal Training sessions can be described as personal training in a group environment. It features special tools and skills rarely combined in group fitness. The cornerstones of this program feature:

*DT always incorporated advanced training techniques in our program design. The addition of DYNAMAX programming has resulted in even more powerful results for our clients!

Dillard Training has the flexibility to train beginners, weekend warriors, and advanced clients all at the same time!

DT is designed using the protocols set forth by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Training; NASM Weight Loss Specialist, BOSU group training, TRX Suspension group and personal training, DYNAMAX Master and Coach Trainer and the US Army Master Fitness course. All certifications are maintained current.
